There is a farmers’ market opening soon near where I live and I was asked to design a flier for it.
Here is the flier, done in watercolor. They will add text to it as well.

- After the first few days we began to dream of garlic. At night I closed my eyes and saw the green and yellow of garlic stalks; I saw row after row of garlic. I fell asleep my hands twitching to pull the stalks and reveal dirt covered bulbs. During the day we washed the bulbs so that when we hung them to dry they were purple and white. After a week the barn was full of garlic and I could no longer smell it. In the months that followed my sense of smell returned, but the dreams of garlic harvest never left me altogether. © ALM 2008
